Better Stands

Moving towards reusable stands together

Better Stands is uniting the events and exhibitions industry to adopt reusable stands, ensuring smarter, safer and more sustainable solutions globally.

What is Better Stands?

Better Stands is a collaboration across the events and exhibition industry to transition to the use of reusable stands.

The Better Stands Framework celebrates the use of reusable stands, inspiring change through awareness and engagement.

By working together towards the use of reusable stands, Better Stands delivers better efficiency, better experience, better safety and better sustainability for all.

How does Better Stands work?

Better Stands is underpinned by a framework, consisting of a 10-point checklist, for assessing stands according to how reusable they are. Better Stands can be assessed as Bronze, Silver or Gold standard.

Better Stands has been designed to be used by the whole of the event industry including organisers, service providers, assessors, venues and associations.

Why become a part of Better Stands ?

As with any system, accurate meaningful measurement of both quantitive and qualitative are key to establish a baseline, BEST has been using the Better Stands system to establish this with some of our clients. The benefits have been seen through the changes that both designers and stand builders have made.

Stuart Mann, Founder and Managing Director, BEST Group
